    The University of Missouri Extension's Business Development Program (BDP) exists to help Missouri’s entrepreneurs succeed in private enterprise and to promote the economic development of the State of Missouri. It performs this vital service through a network of business counselors located throughout the state.

  2. Missouri Department of Economic Development

    The Department of Economic Development administers a wide array of programs designed to enhance Missouri's economy in the 21st century. It is composed of agencies that execute statutory requirements and department policy in the areas of community, economic and workforce development.

  3. St. Charles County Economic Development Center

    As a public-private initiative established in 1990 to serve as the lead economic development organization for all of St. Charles County, the Economic Development Center (EDC) has earned a reputation for being "the business growth experts" working in partnership with local government, community and business leaders, and other regional organizations.

  4. U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA)

    The U.S. SBA was created in 1953 as an independent agency of the federal government to aid, counsel, assist and protect the interests of small business concerns, to preserve free competitive enterprise and to maintain and strengthen the overall economy of our nation.
