| Hear appeals and equalizes the valuation and assessment of taxable property. |

| COMPOSITION |
The County Executive appoints three members to serve a three year term.
Each member shall have some level of experience in one of the following: |

- Real estate broker
- Real estate appraiser
- Home builder
- Property developer
- Lending officer
- Real estate investor

- The appeal form must be received or postmarked no later than 5 p.m. on Monday July 9th, 2012
- The form must be filed with three (3) copies to the County Registrar's Office
- Please make sure the application is complete. Missing information could delay the appeal process.
