St. Charles County, Missouri—The local unemployment rate is at one of its lowest points in years, but employers throughout St. Charles County are eagerly looking for full-time, part-time, permanent and temporary workers!

To help fill the need, the Missouri Job Center of St. Charles County has scheduled three special events for its annual Spring Into Jobs fair. All events are held at the Missouri Job Center, 212 Turner Blvd, St. Peters.

Job-seekers can simply drive by as staff hand out bags filled with help-wanted information.
  • Spring Job Fair for Part-Time/Seasonal Opportunities: 3-6 p.m., Tuesday, April 11
Attendees should bring their current resume and be ready for on-site interviews.
  • Spring Job Fair for Full-Time, Permanent Opportunities: 3-6 p.m. Thursday, April 13
Attendees should bring their current resume and be ready for on-site interviews.

“Now is a great time to look for a full-time or part-time job in St. Charles County,” says Scott J. Drachnik, Executive Director of the Missouri Job Center of St. Charles County. “We encourage job-seekers to visit our offices prior to these events so our career counselors can work with them on their resumes, interview skills and job goals.”

Businesses interested in participating in the upcoming Spring Into Jobs fair can contact Lori Myers at 636-255-6060, ext. 5260, or at lmyers@sccmo.org.  Booths at the fair are $15; companies participating in the curbside event must provide 300 flyers in advance.
