Mission Statement

To protect ,safeguard and maintain all County buildings, building systems, grounds and capital investments of St. Charles County taxpayers, through an efficient maintenance work order system, performing routine and preventative maintenance on all building systems and grounds, continually monitor expenditures, invest in energy saving equipment with a high return on investment. In addition, continually expand employee training programs, maintain a professional work environment, ensure professional building aesthetics while providing a safe environment for all employees, patrons and citizens alike.
