PLEASE NOTE: The Department of Public Health has returned to its 1650 Boone's Lick Road office and is now open for limited appointments and public services. Screening, education and treatment promote the health of a community. Testing to prevent diseases before they occur or to determine exactly what illness you may have will help maintain good health. Once you become aware of your condition, our staff can consult with you on developing a plan to keep you healthy.

Lab Services Available by Appointments
The services we offer are available to all who make an appointment. Please call us at 636-949-7484 to schedule a convenient time (Mondays through Fridays, except holidays) and to discuss what you should expect to occur during your visit. Please note: Lab Services and the Health Services Clinic program are temporarily suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Titer Screening (Establishes Immunity Level)
Many contagious diseases have been managed by childhood vaccination efforts, but several of them including measles, mumps, pertussis (whooping cough) and varicella (chickenpox) have resurfaced as immunity levels decrease. To help individuals know if they are immune or require a booster for these and other preventable diseases, the Division of Health Services offers titer screening services.
