The St. Charles County Department of Corrections Health Services Division is staffed by nurses, physicians, dentists, dental assistants and psychiatrists in addition to licensed mental health counselors, a suicide prevention coordinator and suicide prevention correctional officers specially trained to manage suicidal inmates. Inmates/detainees are screened upon arrival at the facility for various health concerns. The Health Services Division practices evidence-based medication and treatment.

- Tuberculosis (TB) skin tests / Chest X-Rays if needed
