Tim Baker was elected in November 2022 to serve District 7. He was born in Altus, Okla., but has lived in Missouri most of his life and has been a resident of St. Charles County for more than 24 years.
Tim graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He is a licensed professional civil engineer with more than 32 years of experience in various public sectors. Previously he was employed by the City of St. Charles as Public Works director and is currently a development consultant for Cushman Wakefield.
Tim has served on the St. Charles County Road Board and has been a member of Harvester Elks Lodge #690 since 2007. He and his wife, Lisa, are blessed with two daughters and two granddaughters.
