Prosecuting Attorney
St. Charles County is home to more than 405,000 citizens and is one of the fastest-growing counties in Missouri. The St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is comprised of dedicated and highly-trained professionals committed to keeping our community safe and secure. We, along with our local law enforcement partners, are honored to be guardians of justice and order and proud to be entrusted by the people of St. Charles County.
The Prosecuting Attorney’s is the chief law enforcement officer of the county and the office is the only authority in the county to prosecute violations of state criminal laws. These criminal violations range from misdemeanors to murders and are codified in Title XXXVIII of the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri.

The mission of the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney's Office is to promote justice and to protect the people of the County of St. Charles and the State of Missouri by aggressively and fairly prosecuting those who violate the law.
