PUBLIC COMMENTS: Council will be accepting comments by e-mail at Council@sccmo.org or in writing up until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 30, 2020 and such comments will be included into the record of the meeting. In addition, those comments of no more than approximately 300 words received by subject matter and in a timely fashion will be verbalized out loud during the meeting so long as the subject is regarding COVID-19 response or any item on the agenda. A total of six (6) comments shall be allowed on each topic. No individual shall have more than one (1) e-mailed comment read per topic, nor shall an individual have an e-mailed comment read on more than one (1) topic. The e-mailed comments shall be read in an alternating three (3) "pro" three (3) "con" pattern, depending on the number of e-mailed comments received by County Council Staff. The County Council can amend the rules and allow more speakers. The Public Comments section will last approximately 40 minutes.
