PEANUT BUTTER YOGURT DIP

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup (4 ounces) plain, non-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons peanut butter1 tablespoon honey
Sliced apples (or other fruit) for dipping
STEPS
- Add yogurt, peanut butter and honey into a small mixing bowl.
- Using a rubber spatula, combine all ingredients. Stir until completely mixed and smooth in texture.
- Place dip in a serving bowl alongside sliced fruit and serve cold.
