PEANUT BUTTER YOGURT DIP

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup (4 ounces) plain, non-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
Sliced apples (or other fruit) for dipping

STEPS

  1. Add yogurt, peanut butter and honey into a small mixing bowl.
  2. Using a rubber spatula, combine all ingredients. Stir until completely mixed and smooth in texture.
  3. Place dip in a serving bowl alongside sliced fruit and serve cold.

NUTRITIONAL CONTENT
Recipe makes six, 1/8 cup servings. When served with one cup of sliced apples, each serving contains:
  • 95 calories
  • 5 grams protein
  • 10 grams carbohydrates
  • 4 grams fat
  • 80 milligrams sodium
  • 1 gram fiber
