CREAMY FIESTA DIP


Our February Healthy Eats recipe presents another quick and easy-to-prepare treat for you and your family to enjoy. Our Creamy Fiesta Dip brings a smooth, snappy zing to Taco Tuesday or your party dip array.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup plain, fat-free yogurt
1/2 cup fat-free salsa (favorite flavor)
1/2 avocado, diced
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Pinch of salt (to taste)


STEPS
  1. Add all ingredients into a large bowl.
  2. Mix ingredients until thoroughly combined and a smooth texture.
  3. Chill mixture in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  4. Serve with vegetables or your favorite healthy chip.
