Participants will gain firsthand knowledge about the essentials of getting mortgage-ready to buy your own home and how you may qualify for financial assistance of up to $10,000 or more that can be used for down payment and closing costs.

Participants will gain firsthand knowledge about the essentials of getting mortgage-ready to buy your own home and how you may qualify for financial assistance of up to $10,000 or more that can be used for down payment and closing costs. Income eligibility applies as follows: one-person household, $43,050; two-person $49,200; three-person, $55,350; four-person, $61,450; five-person, $66,400; six-person, $71,300; seven-person, $76,200; eight-person, $81,150.
