St. Charles County, Missouri- The Office of Prosecuting Attorney Tim Lohmar announces that on Friday November 14, 2014, Raymond Schneider, 54 of O’Fallon, was found guilty by a jury on 7 counts of possession of child pornography. The jury recommended a sentence of five years each on count 1-3 and fourteen years on each count 4-7.
On September 11, 2013, the St. Charles County Cyber Crimes detectives executed a search warrant on Schneider’s home, and found Schneider in possession of more than 14,000 images of child pornography.
The case was tried by the Honorable Judge Cunningham, and formal sentencing has been set for January 5, 2015.
