Thanks to the quick work by our staff, Cottleville Fire Protection District and St. Charles County Police, none of the people or animals at the Pet Adoption Center were harmed by a fire that began around 5 p.m. last night (May 31) in a rear, exterior section of the facility. The extent of the damage and the cause of the fire are being investigated.
The Pet Adoption Center remains open for business – including the upcoming Open House from 3-6 p.m. on Wednesday.
