St. Charles County, Missouri – The St. Charles County Highway Department will close Nahm Road between Route T and Route 94 beginning Monday, Sept. 24, 2018, to allow for removal and replacement of a deteriorated bridge over a tributary of Sehrt Creek. The closure area is located approximately 0.1 miles east of Highway T.
Traffic will be required to use a detour route around the closure for approximately two months while the new bridge is constructed. Local traffic can access Nahm Road on either side of the closure location, but no through traffic will be permitted. The Highway Department will place changeable message boards notifying motorists of the closure, necessary detours, and any closure or opening date changes.
The project is expected to be fully completed by Monday, Dec. 17, 2018.
This road project is part of a continuing effort by St. Charles County Government to improve the county’s road system for the safety of the traveling public.
