St. Charles County, Missouri- The Office of Prosecuting Attorney Tim Lohmar announces that Donald A. Knaust II, 19, of O’Fallon, pled guilty and was sentenced to 15 years in the Department of Corrections for two felony counts of statutory sodomy, one count of attempted statutory sodomy, and one misdemeanor count of false imprisonment.

Charges arose in January 2013 when Knaust sexually assaulted an eight year old victim at Fort Zumwalt North High School. He forced the victim into a closet in the wrestling room. Knaust was able to post bond for that offense, but while in the community he assaulted another eight year old victim.

Knaust was sentenced in front of the Honorable Nancy Schneider. He will serve eighty-five percent of his sentence before being eligible for parole.
