[ARCHIVED] Prince Found Guilty of Murder 1st

St. Charles County, Missouri- The Office of Prosecuting Attorney Tim Lohmar announces that on March 25, 2015, Jordan Lafayette Prince, 27, of St. Charles, was found guilty by jury for Murder 1st, forcible sodomy and abuse of a child.

Charges arouse on December 4th, 2012 when Prince caused the death of four month old Ashlynn Peters by asphyxiation and sodomy. Prince was the boyfriend of Jessica Howell, the mother of Ashlynn Peters, who plead guilty in January of this year to abuse of a child and Felony murder 2nd. Howell is serving 25 years in the Department of Corrections.

Prince faces life in prison without eligibility for parole. He will be sentenced on April 30, 2015 in Division 2 by the Honorable Nancy Schneider.
