St. Charles County, Missouri – The St. Charles County Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to announce the grand opening of its 11th regional park located in Cottleville, MO. College Meadows Park, an 80-acre park development situated on the campus of St. Charles Community College, will be dedicated during a ribbon cutting ceremony that begins at 4:30 p.m., on Monday, April 20. Citizens of all ages are invited to come out to explore the new fitness trail, nine-hole disc golf course, and participate in a disc throwing contest for an opportunity to win a free park cabin rental.
