[ARCHIVED] St. Louis Man Sentenced to 30 years for Rape of St. Charles Woman


St. Charles County, Missouri- The Office of Prosecuting Attorney Tim Lohmar announces that Rico Frazier, 24, of St. Louis, and a reserve officer for a St. Louis County municipality was sentenced to a total of 30 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after pleading guilty to one count rape 1st degree, two counts of sodomy 1st degree, Burglary 1st and Felonious Restraint.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred in May of this year when Frazier forced entry into the home of the victim and perpetrated the crimes charged. The victim was residing in Time Center Apartments in St. Charles at the time of the incident.

Frazier was sentence in front of the Honorable John Cunningham. Due to the nature of the crimes Frazier will serve 85% of the sentence. When released he will remain on lifetime supervision and on the sex offender registry.
