St. Charles County, Missouri- The Office of Prosecuting Attorney Tim Lohmar announces that on December 7, 2015, Terry Culberson, 66, of O’Fallon, was sentenced to life without parole in the Department of Corrections after pleading guilty to murder 1st and armed criminal action. He was sentenced to life without parole for the murder and 30 years for the armed criminal action. The sentences are to run consecutive.
Charges arose on February 5, 2013 when the victim, Dorothy Hall, the defendant’s former girlfriend, returned to their prior mutual residence to retrieve her vehicle after Culberson assured her he would not be at the residence. Culberson was waiting and knowingly caused the death of the victim by multiple gunshot wounds.
The defendant was sentenced in front of the Honorable Judge Cunningham.
