ST. CHARLES COUNTY, MISSOURI- The Office of Prosecuting Attorney Tim Lohmar announces that Sherri Marie Densing, 35, of St. Charles, was sentenced to the maximum 15 years in prison for one count of conspiracy to commit murder 1st degree and the maximum 15 years in prison for one count of distribution of a controlled substance. Densing plead guilty to both charges and they are to run concurrent.
Charges arose in August of 2015 when Densing met with an undercover police officer and advised the officer she wanted him to kill the victim and the victim’s unborn child. Densing provided the undercover officer with photographs of the victim, keys to the victim’s vehicle and what Densing thought was the keys to the victim’s residence. When the undercover officer agreed to the murder, Densing made payment in the form of $60.00 to buy a gun and multiple vials of morphine, hyrdomorphone, lorazepam and other illegal narcotics. The entire meeting was recorded on video.
The Honorable Daniel Pelikan handed down the sentence.
