St. Charles County, Missouri- The Office of Prosecuting Attorney Tim Lohmar announces that on May 23, 2017, Shelby A. Boschert , 34, of St. Charles has been charged with Manufacturing a Controlled Substance and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
These charges arose when police were made aware that Boschert was possibly manufacturing methamphetamines. Police began to servile Boschert and discovered her buying products to manufacture the drug and eventually searched the home to find an active methamphetamine lab. Boschert’s eight year old daughter lived in the home where the drug was being produced and there were no closed or locked doors preventing her from entering the room where the methamphetamine making components were placed.
Boschert is currently in custody and the bond is set at $35,000.00.
