[ARCHIVED] Statutory Sodomy charges filed against Sanchez-Mora


St. Charles County, Missouri- The Office of Prosecuting Attorney Tim Lohmar announces that on December 11, 2017, Samuel Sanchez-Mora, 39, of St. Peters was charged with one count of statutory sodomy and one count of assault 4th degree.

Charges arose on or about March 2017 when Sanchez-Mora, who was registered by Missouri to provide respite foster care, victimized two foster children in his home. The children, who are currently not under his care, disclosed the incidents to their current foster-care providers.

Sanchez-Mora was employed with the City of St. Charles School District since 2008 as a maintenance worker but has resigned his position. The investigation is on-going for anyone who may information about other potential victims, please contact the St. Peters Police Department at 636-477-6600.

The defendant is currently in custody with a $100,000.00 bond.
