Conner Sentenced to 7 years for Enticement of a Child

St. Charles County, Missouri- The Office of Prosecuting Attorney Tim Lohmar announces that William R. Conner, 49 of Lake St. Louis, who was found guilty by a jury for one count enticement of a child, two counts of attempted statutory rape 2nd, and one count sexual misconduct and was sentenced to a total of seven years in the Department of Corrections. Judge Cunningham sentenced the defendant to seven years for count one and three years each on counts two, three and four all to run concurrently.

In July of 2016, the St. Charles County Cyber Crimes detectives working in an undercover capacity posed online as a female under the age of 15. The law enforcement officer, posing as the female, was looking for someone to play “Pokemam Go” and Conner made contact online. They agree upon a location in O’Fallon, MO to meet and Conner was placed under arrest.
