Celion

St. Charles County, Missouri- The Office of Prosecuting Attorney Tim Lohmar announces that Kenol Celian, 43, of Kansas City, MO, was found guilty by a jury for one count unlawful use of a weapon. This is a Class B Felony.

Charges arose in September of 2015 when Celian fired two rounds from a weapon at another vehicle. Bullet fragments were found in the victim’s wheel. The copper fragments found matched the bullets recovered from Celian’s vehicle.
