Woodstream Drive Reopened Following Box Culvert Replacement

October 31, 2018

St. Charles County, Missouri – The St. Charles County Highway Department has reopened Woodstream Drive between Weatherton Place and Attleboro Court following the replacement of a box culvert.

“The previous box culvert was replaced with a larger structure to improve water flow in the creek and reduce the potential for future flooding issues,” says County Engineer Craig Tajkowski. “With diligent work and good weather, the contractor was able to meet the 45-day completion date requirement.”

This road project is part of a continuing effort by St. Charles County Government to improve the County’s road system for the safety of the traveling public. For more information about road projects underway in unincorporated St. Charles County, please call the Highway Department at 636-949-7305 or visit sccmo.org/Road-Projects.
