1. Santa Cops Giving Program Benefits Families in NeedLooking for a way to support the St. Charles County community this holiday season? Be a part of Santa Cops! Santa Cops is the St. Charles County Police Department (SCCPD)’s holiday giving program sponsored by the Happiness for Harper Foundation. This program is for local families with children up to age 15 who are experiencing financial hardships. The Pillman family suffered the untimely loss of their beautiful baby girl, Harper, in 2018. In her memory, the family created Happiness for Harper, a faith-based non-profit dedicated to spreading joy and hope to children in need.
More than 840 gifts already have been donated for this year! Unwrapped gifts and gift-wrapping supplies are being collected through Dec. 7 at the SCCPD station in O’Fallon. Thank you for your generosity!
