Coming up: Don’t miss our 2019 Daniel Boone Home Brew Fest from noon to 5 p.m., Saturday, May 18, at The Historic Daniel Boone Home in Defiance. Participants 21 years and older will enjoy unlimited tastings from local breweries and homebrewers in a souvenir tasting glass, listen to music from the Silver Creek Bluegrass Band and Skylark Brothers Band and purchase food from the Noto Pizza Food Truck, all in our scenic historic village setting. New this year: the homebrewer with the 'best tasting beer' will get to brew and serve their winning recipe at Good News Brewing in O’Fallon. Tickets are $30 in advance or $35 at the door and include a ticket for a tour of The Historic Boone Home. Designated driver tickets are free. To purchase tickets, call the park at 636-798-2005 or register online.
