1. What are the available rental dates for the Quail Ridge Lodge and/or the Klondike Meeting Facility?

You may also contact us at 636-949-7535 and speak to a reservation specialist in the office during the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday-Friday to learn about available rental dates.

3. What are upcoming events, programs, and activities, and how do I sign up?

4. How do I sign up to volunteer?

Interested volunteers should call the St. Charles County Parks and Recreation Department at 636-949-7535 or email us at parks@sccmo.org. You can also download a volunteer brochure from our website and mail the completed application inside to:

5. What is required of me if I want to volunteer?

Volunteers are our greatest gift! You donate your time and talent at your convenience and on your own schedule. Interested volunteers need to fill out an enrollment form and sign the volunteer agreement form. Once the registration forms are processed, they are an official volunteer. To confirm the process, the volunteer will receive an email welcome letter with more information about their supervisor, setting up their schedule and learning about upcoming park projects.
