How can I retrieve an inmate’s / detainee’s property?
Inmates / detainees may release items from his/her personal property upon completion of a property release form authorizing the St. Charles County Department of Corrections (SCCDOC) to release property to a specified individual.

Clothing items are not released unless an inmate is sentenced to the Missouri Department of Corrections (MDOC). If an inmate is sentenced to the MDOC, all property must be released or it will be destroyed 7 days after their transfer to the MDOC.
