More… Santa Cops is the St. Charles County Police Department's holiday giving program sponsored by the Pillman family and the Happiness for Harper Foundation. This program is for local families with children up to age 15 who are experiencing financial hardships. The Pillman family suffered the untimely loss of their beautiful baby girl, Harper, in 2018. In honor of her memory, the family created Happiness for Harper to assist those in need of grief counseling, baby care items, and holiday toys. Together, we have donated thousands of toys to families in need. Assistance requests (one per family) need to be submitted by Nov. 22. The SCCPD will review each request to see how we can best help. Once the toy donation order is fulfilled, we will provide instructions for pickup from the SCCPD. All items must be picked up no later than Dec. 19.Less…
