2. Interested in participating in the St. Charles County Police Department Trunk-or-Treat by donating candy or decorating a vehicle? Please complete the following form and we will reach out to you with more information!
   
   This year's Trunk-or-Treat is 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 14, at the St. Charles County Police Department in O'Fallon. The event is free for children ages 12 and under and their parents/guardians.
