    The St. Charles County Department of Public Health will close for the County observed Memorial Day holiday weekend. This includes all services provided at the department offices at 1650 Boones Lick Road in St. Charles, the Pet Adoption Center/Division of Humane Services at 4850 Mid Rivers Mall Drive in St. Peters, Recycle Works Central at 60 Triad South Drive in St. Charles, and Recycle Works West at 2110 East Pitman Avenue in Wentzville.

  2. MRC Membership Meeting and Training

    In times of need, many lend their neighbors a helping hand. St. Charles County's Medical Reserve Corps is a volunteer-based unit or medically trained and non-medical professionals alike who put their knowledge and skills to use in helping our community. The Department of Public Health sponsors the local MRC unit. Monthly meetings are designed to prepare members for all-hazard emergencies. Discussions include the various roles within the County's emergency response plan, hands-on training opportunities and advanced certifications. Membership is open to any individual, ages 18 or older.
