  1. Route N Environmental Study Public Open House

    The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) St. Louis District, in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), is conducting an environmental study of Route N from the west of South Point Prairie Road to I-64 in west St. Charles County. The Route N Study team is working to identify the transportation issues and needs for Route N in west St. Charles County; explore a range of alternatives to address these issues; analyze their potential social and environmental impacts; and recommend actions for avoiding, minimizing or mitigating them. The federal government requires that MoDOT assess all environmental impacts of potential roadway improvement projects.   1. Adult, Child and Infant First Aid, CPR and AED Certification

    November 13, 2018, 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM @ Public Health

    If someone stops breathing or their heart stops beating, immediate cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) can provide life-saving help until medical professionals arrive. To spread the knowledge for proper procedure, the Department of Public Health teaches certification in adult, child and infant CPR and First Aid, as well as instruction in the usage of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). Upon successful completion of this one-day training, participants will receive an American Red Cross certification that is valid for up to two years. Class is limited to the first 20 registered participants.
